What we collect

  • The website address you enter, and what our scan finds on its public pages.
  • Your email address and first name, only if you give them to open the full report or ask for a message.
  • Whether you asked us to re-check your site in 30 days.
  • If you join the Fix Kit waiting list, your email and which price you were shown. One small cookie remembers that price so you see the same one each visit.
  • The ID of your Google Business Profile, so we can match it to your website. We read your profile from Google when you open your report and don't keep Google's content.
  • Anything you type into a contact form or an introduction request.
  • If you use “Send to your web person”, the address you give is used once to send the email. We don't keep it, only a scrambled fingerprint that lets us honor a “stop these emails” click and limit how often one address can be emailed.
  • Standard server logs, kept by our hosting provider.

What we use it for

To make your report, email it to you, answer your messages, tell you once when the Fix Kit opens if you joined the list and, if you asked, send one 30-day re-check email. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers (the price cookie only holds the name of a price), and we don't sell your data.

When we share it with someone

Only when you tell us to. If you choose “Introduce me” to a partner and confirm, we email you and that partner together and share your name, your email, your website and the names of the findings for that area. If you use “Send to your web person”, we send your report to the address you enter. Partners and web people aren't added to any list by us. If you follow a partner's “Visit” link, we note which partner, which kind of help and which report, so we can count clicks. We keep no address or device details with it.

The services we use

We run on Railway (hosting), send email through Resend, and use Google (PageSpeed Insights and the Places API) and Anthropic (the Claude AI assistant) to measure your site and write your advice. These services see the public text and findings from your website, not your email address.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from re-check emails with one click. To see, correct or delete your report and details, email info@sitescorecard.ai and we'll do it. Reports are private links that search engines can't see, but anyone who has your link can read it, so share it with care.
